Sports Performance Training

V.A.S.T. sports performance classes are designed to introduce training concepts for the serious athlete. VAST classes are ideal for those athletes heading into the college athletics. Classes will be held Mondays-Thursdays each day we will concentrate on a different method. Each class will begin with a dynamic warm-up and finish with a core strengthening routine.

Mondays 6:00pm Speed and Agility Training
Tuesdays 6:00pm High Intensity Interval Training
Thursdays 6:00pm Plyometrics / Core Training

Our instructors are Certified Athletic Trainers with V.A.S.T. knowledge in sports performance training and are fully trained in injury care and prevention.
Equipment needed: sneakers, shorts, t-shirt, towel, water bottle

Age Groups: 3rd grade (as of September ’13) and up
